چکیده
Abstract Corylopsis Seibold & Zucc. is a genus of flowering shrubs with few cultivars and little information on genome size, ploidy levels, genetic relationships among taxa. The United States National Arboretum collaborating gardens in North America maintain diverse germplasm collection including cultivated wild-collected objectives this study were to determine ploidy, diversity . Flow cytometry revealed series diploid, tetraploid, pentaploid, hexaploid taxa 2C sizes ranging from 1.9 pg 5.7 pg. Representative selected for root tip cytology, revealing diploid (C. platypetala Rehder E.H. Wilson), tetraploid gotoana Makino), pentaploid (unnamed hybrid selection), willmottiae Wilson) Seventeen genomic simple sequence repeat markers developed used the These had an average 7.4 alleles per locus range three 17 alleles. A dendrogram was generated by unweighted pair group method arithmetic mean (UPGMA) cluster analysis using Jaccard similarity coefficient visualize within Information gained will further breeding efforts aid management collections

Genetic Diversity of pear (Pyrus spp) Germplasm Assessed by Simple Sequence Repeat (SSR) and Morphological Traits
This study was conducted to identify and recognize relations and diversity among accessions of the Iranianpears (Pyrus spp). A total of 34 pear accessions, derived presumably from at least six species, were subjected to simple sequence repeat (SSR) analysis. The Japanese and the Chinese pear samples were; “Housui” and “Yali” cultivars, example of Pyrus pyrifolia and P. bretschneideri, respectiv...

A study of genetic diversity among Brassica napus and Brassica juncea germplasm collections using Simple Sequence Repeat (SSR) molecular markers
Brassica species represent a broad range of crops. This reflects the high degree of genetic diversity and related phenotypic plasticity. An understanding of the genetic basis of Brassica diversity aids both breeding and the discovery of rare alleles and traits. Single Sequence Repeat (SSR) molecular markers are popular tools for assessing genetic diversity due to their high degree of polymorphi...
متن کاملDevelopment of Pineapple Microsatellite Markers and Germplasm Genetic Diversity Analysis
Two methods were used to develop pineapple microsatellite markers. Genomic library-based SSR development: using selectively amplified microsatellite assay, 86 sequences were generated from pineapple genomic library. 91 (96.8%) of the 94 Simple Sequence Repeat (SSR) loci were dinucleotide repeats (39 AC/GT repeats and 52 GA/TC repeats, accounting for 42.9% and 57.1%, resp.), and the other three ...
